The Arizona Technology, AI, and Cyber Talent in Communities (TACTIC) Summit aims to address the current and future workforce capability and skills gaps in AI, IT & cybersecurity within Arizona. By fostering collaboration among the public sector, private industry, academia (K-12 and higher education), and community-based organizations, the summit seeks to develop innovative solutions and strategies to enhance workforce readiness and education in these critical fields.

To establish Arizona as a leader in AI, IT & cybersecurity workforce development by creating a sustainable ecosystem that supports education, innovation, and collaboration across sectors.
Goals:
